Sillis is a family run company based in Glaslough, County Monaghan. We supply the prepared vegetable requirements of the hotel and catering industry nationwide, and also the general public in both the North and South of Ireland. We also supply to retail shops nationwide and are soon releasing new packaging for the retail sector.

The enhanced range and volume of produce will enable us to further expand our markets as this sector is still developing as the catering sector is looking for pre-prepared vegetables as opposed to preparing them in house.
